Look, ma! I created a recipe that doesn’t include chicken!
All right, “recipe” might be pushing it a little. “Recipe” implies “effort” to me, and this hardly requires effort. But I came up with the idea all by myself, which counts in my mind. It also uses one of my favorite protein sources, so I had to post it. That’s how much I love you people ๐
Peanut Butter Apple Wrap
– one whole wheat tortilla
– one apple, sliced thinly
– 2 Tbsp (?) peanut butter (I’ll pretend that’s all I used ๐ )
– cinnamon
– honey
1. Heat tortilla in microwave.
2. Spread peanut butter over warmed tortilla.
3. Place sliced apples on tortilla. Sprinkle cinnamon on apples and drizzle with honey.
4. Microwave open-faced for 15 seconds to make peanut butter extra melty.
5. Wrap and enjoy.
I’m definitely already in love.

i was brainstorming my snack for tomorrow and came up with something similar to this! a nutella and banana wrap! (allergic to PB) yum!
